1. Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer next-day delivery Monday to Saturday! Orders must be placed before 05pm (Monday to Saturday) for next-day service. Orders placed after 05pm on Friday can be delivered on Sunday or Monday. Weekend orders will arrive on Monday.

2. What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 10am – 10pm. Saturday – Sunday: 11am – 4pm.

4. Can I collect my cake?

Yes, absolutely! Just let us know when you place your order, or leave a note at checkout. You’re welcome to collect your cake on weekends too!

5. How do you ensure my cake arrives safely?

Our cakes are carefully packaged in custom-designed boxes to keep them safe during delivery. We use reliable couriers with a 99% success rate, and all cakes are marked as fragile.

6. What if there’s bad weather?

In case of bad weather, we recommend ordering at least 3 working days in advance. You can also call us to adjust the delivery date if needed.

7. When should I order my cake?

We suggest ordering 2 days in advance for the freshest cake (our cakes stay fresh for up to 7 days). During busy times like Christmas or Black Friday, please order 2 full working days ahead to avoid delays.

8. How many portions does each cake serve?

6” cake: Serves 11-14
8” cake: Serves 14-24
10” (XL) cake: Serves 24-38
12” (XXL) 3-layer cake: Serves 42-50 (Postal, Hand delivery or collection)
Need more portions? We can add layers or send a separate cutting cake. Just let us know!

9. Do you make tiered cakes?

Yes, we can make tiered cakes to suit your needs:

Option 1:Postal, Collect in-store or we can hand-deliver (additional charge).
Option 2: We can deliver each tier separately for easy assembly at your venue.

10. Do you make all the kinds of cakes?

Brilliant cake and design we were very happy. We told them what we wanted, and they exceeded our expectation on butter cream, which is a lot harder to do. Great communication. They kept communication all the way even down to delivery. Communication is top notch. I was also busy, so in and out of the calls and message to get exactly what i wanted. They patients was amazing and we are so grateful. The cake arrived very early. We needed it for that same day we were so pleased. The cake tastes amazing. Definitely order your tailor cakes here. You will not be disappointed. Its all about cake in the house. We would definitely tell everybody about Cake In The House and definitely order again. P.s Excuse our lighting it's not very good but the colours on the cake was so much better in person . Thanks again

Absolutely blown away by the cake – it was a masterpiece in both taste and presentation! Every detail was perfect, and you could tell how much love and effort went into it.
